Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the creation of high‑quality design drawings, technical documents and construction details for all project phases. You will prepare design presentations, specifications and support shop‑drawing reviews while actively participating in coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural design drawings, technical documents and construction details.
• Develop design presentations and specifications for every project stage.
• Conduct shop‑drawing reviews and attend project coordination, client and consultant meetings.
• Control, supervise and correct legal and design documents of projects.
• Manage overall architectural design delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Registered Architect with a Membership of Council (MOC) in Vietnam.
• 5‑10 years of experience in an architectural consultancy, preferably with foreign firms.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of technical construction, detailing and building technologies.
