About the role
We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to lead the programming and optimisation of machines, robotic arms and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) across our factory in Nui Thanh, Da Nang. The role involves adapting automation programs to meet production needs and planning upgrades to improve equipment efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and program all factory machinery, equipment, robot arms and AMRs.
- Modify automation programs according to changing production requirements.
- Develop improvement plans for machinery and equipment to enhance performance.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automation engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, production machinery and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.
