Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Developer to design, implement and integrate high‑quality software components and basic software stacks on production ECUs for automotive applications. You will work in a collaborative environment at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City, delivering reliable, performant code that meets MISRA, ASPICE and OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AUTOSAR Classic SWCs, author ARXML files and configure RTE.
• Integrate SWCs with BSW modules such as DCM, DEM, NvM, SecOC and CSM.
• Configure and generate BSW stacks, communication and diagnostic services for ECU integration.
• Write, debug and optimise embedded C/C++ code for constrained, real‑time ECUs.
• Perform static analysis, code reviews and ensure compliance with MISRA C and safety standards.
• Plan and execute unit, integration and system tests.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for build, analysis and automated testing, manage configuration baselines and releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional development and test teams, ensuring requirements traceability and quality gates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Classic AUTOSAR SWC development and ECU integration.
• Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming.
