Senior Business Analyst (eCommerce)

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will define and drive the eCommerce go‑to‑market strategy for GBIA within the Customer Experience programme. You will translate market opportunities into a validated eCommerce model, build a compelling business case and create a delivery roadmap that secures direct guest relationships across passenger and non‑passenger channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design the eCommerce go‑to‑market strategy and obtain approval from senior leadership.
• Convert market sizing and opportunity analysis into a commercially validated proposition, fulfilment and technology model.
• Develop an investable business case, including financial modelling, ROI analysis and risk assessment.
• Produce a detailed delivery roadmap and oversee execution to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, operations, technology) to ensure seamless implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Data/Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, product or top‑tier consulting, preferably in eCommerce, retail, travel‑retail/duty‑free or aviation commercial environments.
• Proven track record of taking a proposition from opportunity sizing through business case development to execution.
• Hands‑on experience with market sizing, financial modelling, operating‑model design and build‑vs‑buy evaluation.
