Senior Business Development Executive – LPG/LNG

About the role

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to expand its presence in the LPG and LNG sectors. The role combines strategic sales, client relationship management, and deep industry knowledge to deliver testing, inspection, and certification services to energy clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities across the LPG/LNG supply chain, including producers, distributors, storage operators and transporters.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Manage key client relationships, conduct business reviews and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Monitor regulatory changes, competitor activity and market trends to generate new compliance and certification projects.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and finance teams to scope, propose and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management or related field with at least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in energy or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong work ethic, resilience and willingness to travel 20‑30% of the time.

Required skills

• Understanding of LPG/LNG supply chain operations and logistics.
• Familiarity with ISO, ASTM and national LPG/LNG codes.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese and ASEAN energy regulations.
• Basic knowledge of inspection, testing and certification processes.
