Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Accounting Services

About the role

Deloitte Vietnam is seeking experienced professionals to join its Business Process Solutions (BPS) team as Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager in Accounting Services. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them optimise accounting, tax, payroll and related business processes through a mix of outsourcing, co‑sourcing and project‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and practical support on accounting, tax and payroll matters for client organisations.
• Design, implement and monitor process improvements using technology platforms and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s Tax and Legal practice to ensure integrated solutions.
• Manage client engagements, coordinate loan‑staff arrangements and oversee project deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for the Senior Consultant role or 6 years for the Assistant Manager role, preferably with an international accounting firm.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
