Senior Coordinator, Student Services

About the role

RMIT University Vietnam is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Student Services to lead the Student Connect advisory team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality student service experiences, driving operational excellence and strengthening partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Student Connect advisory team to ensure exceptional student service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement of student support processes.
• Foster team capability through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
• Monitor multi‑channel service performance and implement quality enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in student services or a high‑volume customer‑facing environment.
• Proven experience leading, supervising or coaching staff.
• Strong understanding of multi‑channel service delivery.
