Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain a modern Data Lakehouse platform. You will work with an open‑source stack and Kubernetes to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions for our business.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and operate the Data Lakehouse platform using MinIO or SeaweedFS, Apache Iceberg, Apache Airflow and related technologies.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise data applications in a Kubernetes environment.
• Automate manual processes, improve infrastructure scalability and ensure efficient data delivery across the ecosystem.
• Design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines that serve analytical and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new data sources and support business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with software products used in the Food & Beverage sector is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
