Senior Ecommerce Executive (Sales + Ops - TikTok)

About the role

Panasonic Sales Vietnam is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to lead TikTok channel sales and operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing promotional activities, and ensuring the brand’s visibility on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the TikTok channel to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets and KPIs.
• Represent the brand in negotiations with TikTok’s Key Account Managers for promotional deals and visibility enhancements.
• Collaborate with E‑commerce Enabler teams to manage the PSV TikTok store, develop merchandising and promotion plans, and allocate digital budgets across campaigns.
• Maintain a comprehensive data library of deals, performance metrics, and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably on e‑commerce platforms.
• Aggressive, results‑driven mindset with a strong fighting spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Sales or Marketing.
• Good understanding of seller systems such as Seller Center.
• Fluent English with excellent data‑analytics capabilities.
• KPI‑focused and adaptable to a fast‑changing e‑commerce environment.
