Senior Expert – Payment, Trade Finance & Treasury Services (Transformation)

About the role

The Senior Expert will lead payment, trade finance and treasury transformation initiatives within Techcombank’s Payment and Trade Finance Department. The role combines hands‑on transaction execution with consultancy, guidance and training for professional teams, ensuring high‑quality operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise domestic payments, international remittances, import‑export trade finance and treasury operations.
• Develop and improve procedures, guidelines and progress metrics for payment, trade finance and treasury functions.
• Design and deliver training programs for staff on domestic and international payment systems, trade finance products and treasury processes.
• Provide expert consultation to customers and internal business units on transaction handling and regulatory compliance.
• Lead transformation projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams to enhance service efficiency and digital adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, banking, foreign trade or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects.
• Proficiency in English as required by Techcombank policy.
