Senior Expert, Project Control/Planning (ICT Systems Delivery)

About the role

The Senior Expert in Project Control/Planning will own day‑to‑day tracking, coordination and administration of the MSI contract for our client and project management team. Working closely with the ICT Interface/Compliance Manager and the steering committee engineer, the role focuses on contractual compliance, schedule management and delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Track and coordinate all contract deliverables, milestones, submittals and meetings.
• Maintain schedule integrity using Primavera P6 and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Manage document control processes and submittal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with ICT Interface/Compliance Manager and steering committee engineer to align technical and contractual requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports and support contract administration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project coordination, contract administration or document control on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong exposure to ICT or MSI contracts is preferred.
• Proven experience with submittal/transmittal tracking and document control platforms.
