Senior Fashion Designer (ODM)

About the role

The Senior Fashion Designer – ODM will lead the ODM design team in creating innovative apparel collections that reflect global fashion trends and meet client specifications. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will coordinate end‑to‑end product development, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers to develop ODM collections from concept to final sample.
• Translate market research and trend analysis into viable design concepts.
• Oversee sample development, fit sessions, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and production teams to align design with manufacturing capabilities.
• Ensure designs comply with brand guidelines, cost targets, and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Engineering, Textile & Garment Technology, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel design, product development or ODM within garment export companies.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
