Senior HR Executive – Operator Recruitment

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead the recruitment of manufacturing operators and support a wide range of HR activities across Pepperl+Fuchs Vietnam. The role focuses on building a positive work culture, ensuring effective talent management, and delivering high‑volume hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for operators, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate mass recruitment campaigns and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Oversee payroll administration, learning & development programs, and other core HR functions.
• Collaborate with department heads to align talent strategies with business needs.
• Promote a positive employee experience and support HR operations throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in mass recruitment, staff hiring, payroll, and L&D.
• Business English proficiency at a pre‑intermediate level.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, training, recruitment, and labor regulations.
