Senior IP Design Verification Engineer – Joining Bonus

About the role

The Senior IP Design Verification Engineer will ensure functional correctness, interoperability and quality of advanced silicon IPs for next‑generation System‑on‑Chip platforms. You will own pre‑silicon verification from planning through sign‑off, develop robust UVM/SystemVerilog environments and debug complex issues across IP and system boundaries. The role contributes to Bosch’s Automotive Chiplet Systems project.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute silicon IP pre‑silicon verification, including UCIe interoperability, from planning to sign‑off.
• Develop, enhance and maintain verification environments, testbenches, test cases, checkers and coverage models.
• Run simulations and regressions, analyze failures, and drive root‑cause resolution with IP, integration and system teams.
• Track verification progress, report status, highlight risks early and propose mitigation actions.
• Review verification results, ensure process compliance and contribute to technical reviews.
• Guide junior engineers on verification methodology and debugging approaches.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of design verification experience in ASIC/SoC development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the ASIC/SoC lifecycle and hands‑on experience with OVM/UVM methodologies using SystemVerilog.
• Experience with AXI VIP and AXI protocol verification; UCIe experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with standards such as PCIe Gen3/4/5, USB3, DDR4/5, Ethernet, CSI2, I3C.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
