Senior Learning & Development Executive (L&D) – External Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City as an external associate. You will partner with department heads, training coordinators and HR business partners to close capability gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analyses for assigned departments and translate findings into targeted learning offers.
• Design, develop and maintain learning programs and content, applying modern instructional design methodologies.
• Coordinate training delivery, monitor participation, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions support organizational goals.
• Maintain learning metrics and produce data‑driven reports for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development or organizational development; IT industry experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in training, facilitation or instructional design are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end learning projects and work cross‑functionally.
