Senior Leasing Manager - Industrial & Logistics Real Estate

About the role

Ares Management is hiring a Senior Leasing Manager for its SLP platform in Hanoi, Vietnam, which is part of the Ares Management platform in Asia. The role manages and leases a portfolio of industrial and logistics facilities, focusing on finding new tenants, negotiating leases and closing deals, with strong emphasis on customer relationships and occupancy performance.

Key responsibilities

• Pursue leasing opportunities with potential tenants across targeted industries
• Lead lease negotiations, structure commercial terms, coordinate with internal legal and technical teams and close transactions
• Build a network of industry players, brokers and key decision-makers, and maintain long-term tenant relationships
• Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence and keep a database of market insights
• Support business development initiatives and take ownership of the portfolio's occupancy performance
• Mentor junior team members and support senior management on leasing matters

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a leasing or business development role in real estate or logistics
• Proven track record of securing tenants in industrial sectors
• Preferred: experience in industrial/logistics real estate, agencies or as a Real Estate Manager with international 3PLs
• Willingness to travel within the region

Required skills

• Deep understanding of rental economics and industrial property leasing (preferred)
