Senior Line Engineer – Element & Assembly Production

About the role

Bosch Vietnam is looking for a Senior Line Engineer to lead the Element & Assembly production line (HcP/MFE1.2) at its Long Thanh plant. You will be responsible for driving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring high quality in a high‑tech belt assembly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve OEE and overall productivity through automation and process optimisation.
• Develop and implement automation technologies and I4.0 solutions for both AOI and flow‑line processes.
• Manage consumables and incoming materials to keep the line running smoothly.
• Control quality of incoming elements to lower AOI reject rates and meet total defect cost targets.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives to prevent 0 km complaints and reduce overhead costs.
• Apply Bosch Production System standards and drive the plant toward a lead‑plant status.

Required profile

• Engineer or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial production environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement tools and value‑stream design.
