Senior Manager – Payment, Trade Finance & Treasury Services (PO/PM)

About the role

Techcombank is seeking a senior manager to lead payment, trade finance and treasury services, acting as both Product Owner and Project Manager for AI‑driven transformation initiatives within its banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI and digital transformation projects across payment, trade finance and treasury functions, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards and operational priorities.
• Serve as Product Owner or Project Manager in cross‑functional teams, driving automation, workflow optimisation and data‑centric solutions.
• Coordinate activities among business units, technology, data, risk, compliance and external vendors.
• Oversee governance, continuous improvement and risk management processes related to project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, banking, foreign trade or a related field.
• Proven experience managing banking‑domain projects in a Product Owner or Project Lead capacity.
• Strong command of English as required by Techcombank policy.
