About the role
Bconduct, an Israel‑headquartered manufacturing and supply‑chain company serving medical devices, robotics, telecommunications and industrial product customers in the USA and Europe, is seeking an experienced Senior QC Manager to lead and strengthen its Supplier Quality organization in Vietnam. The role is ideal for a proactive quality leader who enjoys building systems and developing people.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen the Supplier Quality organization in Vietnam.
- Build, implement and continuously improve manufacturing quality systems.
- Develop, coach and mentor quality team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on manufacturing quality experience.
- At least 5 years in a Quality Management role.
- At least 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection, including mold handling.
