Senior Sales Performance Management Expert (Director Level)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level expert to lead sales performance management at FE CREDIT. In this director‑level position you will shape KPI frameworks, drive operational efficiency and ensure the sales organization meets its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve sales KPIs, targets and incentive structures.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Analyze performance gaps, propose corrective actions and support forecasting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for senior leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that enhance accountability and drive performance improvement.
• Track revenue trends and operational productivity across the sales function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in consumer finance, banking or insurance with a strong focus on sales operations.
• Proven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
