Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to promote Rich Products Vietnam’s portfolio of food and bakery solutions across Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, understanding market needs and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured customer visit plan to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify customer requirements, propose appropriate product solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and product performance to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within the food or bakery service industry.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience working with foreign‑owned companies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
