Senior Strategy & Planning Expert (Director Level)

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy and planning expert to shape the long‑term direction of FE CREDIT. The role will translate the company’s vision into concrete objectives, align the organization, and lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives. The position reports to senior leadership and works closely with finance, product and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of corporate and business‑unit strategies.
• Convert strategic goals into OKRs and detailed execution roadmaps.
• Build and assess business cases, investment proposals and financial models.
• Drive transformation programmes and strategic initiatives across functions.
• Monitor execution against strategic KPIs and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure alignment of all teams with the overall strategic direction.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in strategy, planning or comparable roles, preferably in consumer finance, banking or insurance.
• Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and manage stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.
