Senior Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition professional will lead the attraction, sourcing and recruitment of blue‑collar and frontline workforce for the company’s factories and logistics operations. This role is essential for building a steady pipeline of production workers, forklift operators and loading staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates for factory floor, warehouse and logistics positions.
• Visit job fairs, vocational schools, labor offices and other talent sources on a regular basis.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to improve sourcing efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in high‑volume or blue‑collar recruitment, labor supply or a similar HR function.
• Proven experience recruiting factory workers, forklift operators, warehouse staff or comparable roles is strongly preferred.
