Senior Technical Expert – Automotive HPC Embedded Platforms

About the role

The Senior Technical Expert will lead the development of high‑performance computing (HPC) embedded platforms for automotive applications. Working within Bosch Global Software Technologies, you will be responsible for the real‑time and application‑core software stacks across Linux, QNX and Android environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical direction and architecture of automotive HPC embedded stacks (Linux/QNX/Android).
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery, integration and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and solve complex system problems.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams on road‑maps, interfaces and integration strategies.
• Oversee bring‑up, verification, validation, performance optimisation and manage escalations and risks.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior‑level experience in embedded or system software development with proven technical‑lead responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of outcomes.
• Strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving skills for complex system issues.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
