Senior Teller

About the role

HSBC Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior Teller to join its branch team. The role involves handling daily cash transactions, supporting customers with banking services, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Promote core banking products and identify sales referral opportunities.
• Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with up‑to‑date client information.
• Ensure adherence to branch operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cashiering procedures, regulations, and core banking products.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory issues relevant to branch operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Good decision‑making ability and a proven track record of delivering accuracy and efficiency.
• Capability to coach and support junior staff members.
