Senior Treasury Operations (Back‑Office)

About the role

The Senior Treasury Operations professional will support and monitor end‑to‑end treasury back‑office activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk mitigation and timely reporting for Cathay United Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Process and settle daily treasury transactions across FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Fixed Income and other treasury products with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform end‑of‑day reconciliations of payment gateways and core banking systems to guarantee data consistency.
• Maintain high‑quality transaction reporting and meet all regulatory filing deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and deliver strong audit outcomes with no significant findings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality transaction processing and reporting.
• Low level of customer complaints and fulfillment of mandatory training obligations.
• Proven track record of strong audit results and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
