Service Accounting & Tax Senior / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Service Accounting and Tax Senior/Assistant Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. The role supports the Manager/Director in establishing robust accounting controls for foreign direct investment (FDI) clients and leads a team delivering bookkeeping, tax compliance, advisory, and HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager/Director in implementing and maintaining accounting controls for FDI clients.
• Supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, tax advisory, and payroll services.
• Act as an internal reviewer of accounting staff work and as an external reviewer on client sites.
• Provide guidance on tax regulations and support the preparation of tax filings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of continuous experience in an auditing or accounting firm.
• Vietnamese CPA Certificate preferred for senior level; ACCA or equivalent for manager level.
• University degree in accounting or auditing.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, listening).
• Proven ability to supervise, lead, and motivate team members.
