Service Engineer Executive - Factory Automation

About the role

The Service Engineer Executive will provide technical support for Mitsubishi Electric's factory automation (FA) products, with a focus on robotics. Based in the Ho Chi Minh City office, you will assist customers throughout Vietnam, ensuring product performance and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for FA and robot systems.
• Conduct customer training sessions and create demo kits and documentation.
• Manage customer claims and investigations related to product issues.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in factory automation, preferably with robots (candidates without robot experience may be considered if they can learn quickly).
• Strong knowledge of FA products, especially robotic solutions.
