Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in Hanoi. The role involves providing on‑site technical support, installation, and maintenance for a range of SMT and PCB manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with customers to ensure optimal machine performance and rapid resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of all equipment represented by WKK.
• Install machines at customer sites, deliver operator training, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service requests, including repairs, adjustments, part replacements, and urgent maintenance.
• Carry out equipment reconditioning, modifications, overhauls, upgrades, and performance improvements.
• Provide follow‑up technical support and documentation after service visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing equipment in the PCB/SMT manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of PCB and SMT production equipment.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and communicate effectively with customers.
