Social Commerce Manager - Go Global (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Commerce Manager to lead our expansion into the United States. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will combine market intelligence, consumer insights and growth strategy to build a scalable social commerce business for beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on US consumers, category dynamics, competitors, pricing, promotions, search behavior, reviews and social trends.
• Develop consumer segments, personas, jobs‑to‑be‑done, purchase journeys and category opportunity maps for priority verticals.
• Create and maintain reusable US category playbooks, benchmarks and market‑intelligence resources.
• Define and execute market‑entry and growth strategies, including cross‑border eCommerce and social commerce channel planning.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to translate insights into actionable campaigns and product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Research, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field (post‑graduate degree a plus).
• 6–10 years of experience in consumer insights, strategic planning, brand or category strategy, or growth strategy.
• At least 3 years of proven success driving brand growth in the US market, preferably in beauty care or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear strategic recommendations.
