Software Project Manager – Japanese Speaking (Joining Bonus)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Project Manager with fluent Japanese to lead the software side of automotive compute projects at Bosch’s XC‑CE team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role covers the full product lifecycle from acquisition to final release and includes a Q4 joining bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface with customers and stakeholders for software components from acquisition through release.
• Manage project schedule, quality, cost and delivery (Q‑C‑D) and ensure milestones are met.
• Analyse and document customer requirements together with the development team.
• Issue development requests, track progress and resolve issues during software development.
• Develop and mentor team members, providing feedback and guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Computer, Electrical‑Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong project and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluent Japanese speaking ability.
