Spare Parts Warehouse Senior Officer

About the role

The Spare Parts Warehouse Senior Officer will lead all activities of the spare parts and unused‑machine warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting continuous improvement of the plant’s logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the spare parts and CIP warehouses.
• Control inventory levels, set min‑max thresholds and plan purchases of spare parts.
• Monitor and control repair fees associated with equipment maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a quality management system for machinery and equipment in line with ISO standards.
• Synthesize and analyse machine‑failure data to identify trends and drive preventive actions.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data synthesis and analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, careful, hardworking, honest and proactive attitude.
• Experience working in a Japanese factory is a plus.
