Special Project Officer – BASIN Climate‑Adaptive Solutions

About the role
The Special Project Officer will support the BASIN project, which aims to build climate‑adaptive, inclusive market networks across Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Working from Rach Gia in An Giang province, you will help design, implement and monitor activities that enhance economic resilience for women and marginalised groups.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing action plans and monitoring tools.
- Design and implement program activities in line with the project’s logical framework.
- Collect and analyse data to capture lessons‑learned and inform adaptive management.
- Coordinate with local partners, government agencies and community groups.
- Support reporting and documentation for donors and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Experience designing, implementing and monitoring development program activities.
- Ability to work effectively in Rach Gia, An Giang province.
- Commitment to inclusive development and climate‑smart agriculture.
