Specialist, Business Support

About the role

The Specialist, Business Support will shape and optimise omnichannel product assortments for the healthcare market. You will combine market research, consumer insight analysis and data‑driven decisions to ensure the right products are available across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analyse consumer insights to guide product assortment decisions.
• Adjust product mixes based on data analytics and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure stock availability, plan promotions and launch new products.
• Ensure accurate product representation and effective promotion execution across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to drive omnichannel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail buying or business development within the healthcare sector.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel and e‑commerce market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
