Specialist - Crop Marketing, Agricultural Solutions

About the role

The Specialist – Crop Marketing, Agricultural Solutions will lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for fruit crops in Vietnam. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable growth, increase market share, and accelerate product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans that align with country and regional business objectives.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Monitor product lifecycle, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise product positioning.
• Support field sales and technical teams with marketing collateral and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural marketing, product management or business development.
• Proven experience in marketing planning, campaign execution and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in fruit crops or crop‑protection industry is highly preferred.
• Exposure to field sales or technical roles is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of agricultural market dynamics in Vietnam.
