Specialist, Machine Learning & AI Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist in Machine Learning and AI Operations to join our AI team in Hanoi. The role focuses on building and deploying natural language and speech processing models that power our products, from research and experimentation to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate NLP, LLM, or speech (ASR/TTS) models.
• Integrate AI components into end‑user products and maintain them in production.
• Conduct experiments to compare approaches and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest research and incorporate relevant advances.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Research Engineer, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on expertise in at least one area: NLP, large language models, or speech processing.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and the Transformer architecture.
• Ability to read and understand research papers and translate concepts into working systems.
