Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join Airspeed Manufacturing Vietnam. The role focuses on ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for the components we use in our production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site assessments of supplier manufacturing processes and management systems to evaluate compliance and performance.
• Identify, track, and resolve current or potential quality issues during routine supplier visits, and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide on‑site support for supplier tooling and fixture validation, capacity reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and quality teams to ensure measurement and inspection methods are correctly implemented.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of supplier performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (junior college or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality concepts, standards, and practices.
• Experience with casting, sheet metal, or plastic injection processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and hands‑on quality management experience.
