Supply Chain Automation and AI Intern

About the role

Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives within Bosch’s supply chain operations. You will assist in analysing workflows, identifying automation opportunities and helping to implement new tools and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational workflows and propose automation solutions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support project implementation and daily operations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and presentation materials.
• Support data tracking, process monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new tools or systems.

Required profile

• Full‑time student during the internship, preferably studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• No prior work experience required; involvement in school projects, competitions or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI or digital transformation is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and result‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
