Supply Chain Officer (Transportation Officer)

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer (Transportation Officer) will ensure smooth movement of goods between our Bac Ninh and ITL warehouses, supporting the FMCG business by maintaining accurate shipment information and collaborating with sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update transportation status between Bac Ninh and ITL warehouses, ensuring accurate reporting of quantities, container details, shipment, departure and arrival dates.
• Collaborate with sales teams from special channels (e.g., Con Cung, Coop, Bach Hoa Xanh, EC) to prioritize goods for warehousing.
• Coordinate transportation operations to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 1 year in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
