Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor will design and execute the end‑to‑end supply chain processes to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, in the right quantity and at reduced cost. The role balances demand, production capacity and logistics while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor all orders from procurement through production to delivery.
• Manage inventory levels at warehouses and distribution centres to meet demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing and logistics teams to optimise flow and minimise waste.
• Track key performance indicators such as order fulfilment rate, lead time and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork orientation.
