Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Temporary)

About the role

Zuellig Pharma Vietnam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will be based in either Bac Ninh or Ha Noi and focuses on sourcing, identifying and hiring talent that matches the company’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to support HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Well‑organized, proactive, autonomous and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
