Tax Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Tax Accounting Specialist will ensure that all tax declarations and payments are aligned with the company’s accounting records and comply with Vietnamese regulations. This role bridges accounting policies with tax policies, providing advice to minimise the organisation’s tax expenses while supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile weekly, monthly and year‑end tax reports with the accounting system.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax declarations and payments in line with regulatory requirements.
• Align accounting entries with tax policies to ensure compliance with FE CREDIT’s internal standards.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tax matters and propose solutions to reduce tax liabilities.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation affecting the financial services sector.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in tax consulting or reporting within the financial services industry.
• Understanding of commercial bank operations.
• Ability to work under high pressure and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• ACCA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with accounting software.
