Tax & Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

The Tax & Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and manage the full accounts‑receivable cycle for a manufacturing environment. You will support accurate financial reporting, maintain customer account records, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely tax filings and cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Income Tax returns in accordance with local law.
• Monitor, record and reconcile customer invoices and payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tax compliance documentation and support audit activities.
• Work closely with finance, sales and operations to resolve tax and receivable issues.
• Generate regular AR aging reports and support cash‑flow forecasting.

Required profile

• Experience in tax accounting and accounts receivable within a manufacturing or multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
