Team Leader, Credit Control (AR)

About the role

The Team Leader, Credit Control (AR) is a key contributor to DKSH's financial resilience. You will oversee disciplined management of accounts receivable and ensure strict adherence to credit policies across assigned customer portfolios, protecting cash flow and supporting long‑term financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Enforce credit policies and assess credit risk for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts and reporting related to receivables.
• Lead and develop a small credit control team, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP accounting applications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and good English communication skills.
