Technical Sales Support / Proposal Engineer

About the role

The Technical Sales Support / Proposal Engineer will act as the bridge between customers and our engineering teams, translating client needs into viable technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales department and business partners to ensure proposals meet both technical standards and commercial expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to capture detailed requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Prepare, review, and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal engineering resources to align solution design with business objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, especially in oil & gas, automation, and instrument control.
• Support post‑sale activities, including technical clarifications and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic‑Electrical Engineering, Controls/Instrument Engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in English for documentation and client interaction.
