Technology Regulatory & Special Activities Lead

About the role

The Technology Regulatory & Special Activities Lead will drive Home Credit Vietnam’s compliance with personal data protection laws and related regulations. This senior position oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of IT regulatory frameworks while leading special projects that support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT regulatory compliance programs aligned with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to ensure data handling, security, and system integrations meet legal requirements.
• Assess architectural impacts of new solutions and provide guidance to mitigate compliance risks.
• Manage a PMO function to deliver regulatory and special‑activity projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and business teams to translate regulatory intent into practical technical controls.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of experience in IT delivery, digital transformation, PMO or program management, and IT regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to challenge superficial compliance approaches and focus on the spirit of the regulations.
• Strong systems‑and‑data thinking with deep knowledge of complex integrations and user flows.
• Experience assessing architectural impact and guiding technical teams.
