Total Quality Manager

About the role

The Total Quality Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with the company's quality assurance programs, policies, processes and procedures. This role provides expert guidance on interpreting regulatory requirements and works closely with operational teams to guarantee that inspections, process control analyses and audits meet internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance systems across manufacturing sites.
• Monitor compliance with local, national and international regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, process control studies, and corrective action initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality standards into product development and production.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or scientific field.
• Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or engineering experience, including supervisory or lead roles.
• Proven project and program management capabilities, especially with third‑party coordination.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
