Treasury & Capital Senior Manager

About the role

The Treasury & Capital Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of the Group's treasury strategy. This role ensures optimal liquidity, efficient capital allocation, sustainable funding, and robust financial risk management across all entities.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and align the Group Treasury Strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
• Optimize liquidity management and cash flow forecasting for the entire Group.
• Oversee capital allocation, funding structures, and financing arrangements.
• Implement and monitor financial risk management policies, including market, credit, and operational risks.
• Coordinate treasury activities with regional headquarters and multinational holding companies.
• Prepare treasury reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, Master of Finance) is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as ACT, CFA, CTP or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience working with regional headquarters or multinational holding companies.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
