About the role

The company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT department, develop policies, and ensure technology aligns with legal and corporate standards. This senior position reports to senior management and works on both short‑term and long‑term IT strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT policies and standards in compliance with law and company guidelines.
• Design and implement IT strategies and operational plans, both short‑term and long‑term.
• Prepare and present work plans for approval by senior management.
• Research, analyze, and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system stability and security.

Required profile

• Male, age 40 or younger, able to work under high pressure.
• Fast, honest, enthusiastic, careful, responsible, confident, and decisive.
• Strong management and delegation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager in a production environment.
