Warehouse Operation Executive – 3PL (Urgent)

About the role

Geodis Vietnam is seeking a Warehouse Operation Executive to manage day‑to‑day activities in a 3PL environment. You will ensure accurate inventory handling, support customer service, and help optimise warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track movements and update data.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 3PL warehouse setting.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong organisational, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
• Microsoft Office suite.
